Project 1 Lighting & Acoustic Performance Evaluation and Design 

In this assignment, we are to conduct a research on lighting and acoustics on a selected building. The ideacs is to expose us to the understanding of lighting and acoustic studies. This assignment was conducted in group of 6 and a final report was produced for submission. The chosen building was L45 (Kurau Community Library). Below is the report submitted.

In this project, lighting and acoustic measurement was observed and conducted. Adequate and appropriate lighting and acoustic levels are used as reference of the studied spaces.

Project 2 Integration 

In this assignment, we are required to integrate lighting study in our studio design. The aim is to show our understanding of the PSALI strategies and to solve sustainability issues through the integration of artificial and natural lighting. Below are boards and report produced for submission.

In this project, with the knowledge of lighting study and of design strategies using PSALI, an integration of both artificial and natural lighting into the building of my design was successful.
